Please select the 2 options from the left. You will then be instructed to fill out the appropriate form.
New Player's will fill out a form that will be emailed directly to the Registrar. You will then be contacted by the Registrar and notified of whether there is currently room on a team for you to join, or what the anticipated wait will be for future placement on a team.
Returning/Approved Player's will complete a form that they will print, sign and date, and submit to the Registrar with payment. Waivers must be signed for registration to be processed. Returning players who have previously submitted a copy of their driver's license are not required to submit a copy.

Fall/Winter:
$110.00 after July 15, 2007 or $95 before July 15, 2007
Spring continuing from Fall/Winter:
$65.00 after April 15, 2007 or $55 before April 15, 2007
Spring ONLY (I did not play in the Fall/Winter):
$91.00 after April 15, 2007 or $81 before April 15, 2007
